DJ Bee

WHO IS DJ BEE? She is sizzling in so many ways- in Nairobi at the moment, she is absolutely the best reason to head out for the night, attend a certain event or even put on that earpiece. We are talking about Elizabeth Njambi alias Dj Bee who can be defined in three words. Authentic, futuristic and hardworking

The 22 year old, who was home schooled by a well known deejay, certainly has established a great reputa- tion for her career. She started off late last year (8th November) playing in different joints in the CBD. She has been a favourite to many that is depicted through her social sites.

As well as some minor attendance in 5 star hotels, she has graced a number of events such as the Insta Party at Gskyee Lounge, Ice Thursdays at RnB in Westlands, Urban nights in Tribeka and Twerk it Out at Waiyaki Way lounge. With her impressive skills and sense of humour, we can expect to see a lot of her. She has also been featured in a locally based newspaper (The People Daily).

IS SHE THERE TO STAY? Definelty yes. With a mind of a businessman, gorgeous looks and super confident mindset, she sure is to take the industry by storm. In fact, it might not be long before she sets foot to your
nearest spot.

Your next door neighbour? Yes but you might have seen her modelling for various brands such as Eye Con Photography, Sa- laash Designs, Dream Team Clothing and Sony Entertainment. She loves to skate have some good time with friends and fam- ily. With all that said, you’ll just have to follow this kick ass deejay in every bit and like your Reggae, Hiphop, RnB, House and Afro mixes? Then Dj Bee is your girl.

Dj Bee is the owner and brain behind Bee collection. She has always been a big fashion enthusiast and with the support of my friends and family, she finally got the courage to start it.

She was recently signed under Spin Cycle Entertainment being the first lady deejay in the label. Being a resident deejay in the CBD is quite a task; however she has been able to secure her theme nights every Wednesday at The Edge Lounge. She has participated in various community projects including the cancer soldier initiative. Blogs, newspapers and various entertainment shows have been on her case. She has headlined on newspapers including The Peo- ple Daily severally and the Standard newspaper, a range of enter- tainment shows such as KISS TV, CITIZEN TV (THE POWER BREAKFAST) and radio shows such as HOMEBOYZ RADIO. Major events have taken place in and out of Nairobi. Masquerade and Mashujaa Party are just but a few which she headlined and was attended by many. She has been the only female lady who played alongside Dj Joe Mfalme, Dj Nruff and D Kym at the PARTY IN THE WILD.
